“ My hubby and I often park in Santa Cruz and ride our bikes over to Capitola. Our favorite spot to stop for food is the Brit. I usually get the Bangers and Mash and he usually gets the Reuben or Fish and chips. It's consistently good food. The bangers and mash is a traditional British banger--good! And the mashed potatoes taste "real" not from a box. Also, there are always fresh sauteed vegetables on the plate. And they're cooked just right! Not overdone or underdone....nice. Service is usually good as well. Quick soda refills, quick bill turnaround. Good check-ins. Fair prices for the area. ”
